Ayurvedic Aids for Treating AIDS/HIV

December starts with the awareness warning of AIDS/HIV. On the first day of December World AIDS Day is observed globally to create awareness about the alarming transmission of AIDS/HIV. It is the most dangerous threat to the modern world which has not discovered any vaccination to arrest the infecting virus HIV. Humanity is struggling to control this deadly disease which is spreading at an epidemic speed in the globalized modern lifestyle.

December begins with a global warning against AIDS/HIV. Red ribbons are found everywhere alerting the globalized world of the growing danger among humanity. It has  become the duty of every human to be aware of AIDS. In spite of all the efforts, AIDS deaths are increasing every year, especially in the developing countries. AIDS/HIV is not only a medical issue, but has become a global challenge.

Why is AIDS/HIV beyond control?

Health Protection Agency of UK has warned about the alarming rate of increase in AIDS and has also pointed out that the number of gay, homosexual and bisexual men being diagnosed with HIV in the UK reached an unbelievable maximum in 2011.

The most unfortunate part of this diseases is that many infected people who have HIV/AIDS never undergo diagnosis or any test test to know their status. A considerable part of these people approach quacks or try remedies suggested by advertisements. Some people who get treatment stop it when they find a little cured and make their condition worsened.

The threatening challenge of AIDS

Modern medical world is struggling hard to find remedies for AIDS and to arrest the spread of HIV. It has not succeeded in finding the solution for controlling HIV Virus. It is spreading fast in so many ways, including contaminated blood transfusion. AIDS has become a great threat to the whole world, medically, socially and economically. For the time being AIDS can be controlled only by creating public awareness.

Ayurveda Aids to finds solution for AIDS/HIV

1) Ayurveda treats AIDS through its five step method. It begins the treatment with the purification and elimination techniques to expel the toxins from the body through enemas, purgation and emesis. Ayurvedic treatments always take a longer time than the conventional treatments.

2) The treatment is strengthened by diet regimen and Panchakarma. Medication in the initial stage is given to purify blood. “Oja Kashaya”, decoction of herbs and natural elements, is prescribed by Ayurveda.

3) Herbs such as amla (emblica officinalis), shatavari (asparagus racemosus), ashwagandha (withania somnifera), tulsi (ocimum sanctum), nirgundi (vitex negundo), haritaki (terminalia chebula), amrita (tinospora cordifolia), etc. are used in preparing the liquid and paste formulations to boost immunization and metabolism.

4) Traditional Ayurvedic preparations such as Sanjeevani Vati, Triphala Guggulu, Panchamrut Parpati, Yashtimadhu Ghrut,and Kutaj Parpati are given to control the symptoms of AIDS and stop HIV infection.

Ayurveda provides a holistic treatment. Though it may be a slow process, it replenishes the body with immunity power, rejuvenates and restores health. It can be a great boon to the modern health world baffled at the deadly virus HIV.
